Terms of use

Last updated: October 2026

Sweet Cloud is provided as a beta service. By using it you agree to these terms.

Your content

You keep all rights to the photos and videos you upload. You give us permission only to store, process and display them as needed to run the service for you and the people you share with.

Acceptable use

Don't upload content you have no right to share, and don't use Sweet Cloud to distribute illegal material or to harm others. We may suspend accounts that break these rules.

Beta service

Features may change and the service may occasionally be unavailable. Keep your own copies of anything irreplaceable — the export feature makes that easy.

Invitations

Members may invite a limited number of people. Invitations are personal and expire after 14 days.

Changes

We'll announce material changes to these terms in the app before they take effect.
